PURCHASING AGREEMENT

This Purchasing Agreement applies to purchases made through Egtdnforikys.com. It explains the conditions that govern the submission, review, processing, fulfillment, and completion of customer orders placed with Egtdnforikys.

When you submit an order, provide payment details, or complete a purchase through our website, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the purchasing terms set out below.

This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return or Refund Policy, and any other notices or policies published on Egtdnforikys.com.

Please review these conditions before completing your purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order and submitting payment through Egtdnforikys.com, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority and capacity necessary to complete the transaction;

In certain circumstances, we may request additional information or verification before allowing an order to proceed to fulfillment.

If Egtdnforikys cancels an order after payment has already been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Before final acceptance of an order, we may also correct or update product availability, specifications, prices, or promotional terms when necessary.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES & SPECIFICATIONS

5. PRICING & LISTING ERRORS

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate product prices, descriptions, and other listing information on Egtdnforikys.com.

Nevertheless, technical problems, administrative mistakes, incorrect data entry, or display errors may occasionally occur.

If an order is submitted at a clearly incorrect price resulting from a listing, technical, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before shipment.

If payment has already been collected for an order canceled because of such a pricing error, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. INVENTORY, PROCESSING & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Inventory information displayed on Egtdnforikys.com is provided as an estimate and should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee that a product is available for immediate dispatch.

We aim to prepare and ship purchases as efficiently as reasonably possible. Depending on the destination and applicable logistics conditions, some international orders may require up to 30 days after payment clearance.

Order preparation, shipment, or delivery may be affected by events including:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Severe or disruptive weather;
  • Customs inspections or procedures;
  • Transportation interruptions;

Depending on the destination:

The customer is responsible for determining whether the relevant product may legally be purchased, imported, possessed, and used within the destination country, state, province, territory, or region.

8. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

Where applicable, certain taxes or charges may be calculated and collected during the checkout process.

Additional amounts may nevertheless be imposed after shipment by customs authorities, government agencies, postal services, carriers, or other local entities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT);
  • Customs clearance or handling fees;
  • Tariffs; and
  • Other destination-specific carrier or government charges.

Such amounts are generally separate from the product price and shipping charges paid through Egtdnforikys.com.

9. GOVERNING LAW & BUSINESS INFORMATION

This Purchasing Agreement and purchases completed through Egtdnforikys.com are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in the customer's country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction.
